South Shore Radio Control Club
South Shore Radio Control Club
Welcome to the hidden paradise of Southeast Massachusetts, The South Shore Radio Control Club (SSRCC)! In 2006 the SSRCC celebrated it's 50th anniversary, marking it as one of the oldest clubs in New England. This is a testament to the club's long lasting dedication to its members and the community.
As a non-profit corporation chartered by the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA), we strive to reach out to all those who are enthralled as much by aviation as we are. The SSRCC hosts several large R/C events at our field located in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. We also work with local schools, scout troops and libraries to educate others about our great hobby and aviation in general.
We welcome members from all walks of life. Our great members vary in terms of personal interests and flying abilities, but we all share the love of R/C modeling. Come share YOUR experiences, past and future, with us!
